Under his leadership, Honor acquired Home Instead in 2021, creating the largest in-home senior care network in the western hemisphere. Prior to Honor, Seth co-founded Meebo, a consumer internet company focused on instant messaging, which was acquired by Google in 2012

Sandy Jen is a Co-Founder of Honor, driven by a mission to improve the lives of aging adults through technology. Previously, she co-founded and led engineering at Meebo, which was acquired by Google in 2012. Sandy is also active in mentoring entrepreneurs, particularly women in technology, and serves on the board of Ultimate Impact, a youth development organization.

Cameron is a Co-Founder of Honor, with a background in building innovative technology companies. He co-founded and served as Chief Architect for the software company Plaxo, and also co-founded Dandelion Chocolate. Cameron played a key role in developing Honor's Care Platform.

Sharon is responsible for legal, standards, and advocacy matters at Honor. With over 30 years of experience providing strategic counsel to companies at the forefront of emerging industries, she has served in key legal roles at AirTouch Communications (now Vodafone Group), CNET Networks, and Meebo, where she met Honor’s founding team.

Heidi Robinson is Honor’s Chief People Officer, focused on organizational health, people strategy, and employee experience. Her experience includes leadership roles at Amazon and Nerdy, where she built the product and design functions.

Martin Jones is the CEO of Home Instead United Kingdom and Home Instead’s international operations. Under his leadership, Home Instead UK has become the #1 home care provider in the United Kingdom. Martin has also been recognized with an MBE for his contributions to older people.

Linn Free is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Home Instead, with a background in driving operational excellence. He has extensive experience from his time with Yum! Brands, including serving as Yum!’s Global Director of Operations for KFC and COO for KFC Canada.

Preeti Kaur is the Executive Vice President and Head of Engineering at Honor, known for her people-centric leadership and focus on iterative development. Her experience includes leadership positions and roles with Adobe, Carta, Premise Data, and The Climate Corporation.

Rebecca Burrows is the SVP of Operations at Honor where she leads workforce quality and strategy, and field operations. Rebecca has a strong track record of driving scale, growth and profitability from her senior leadership roles at DoorDash, Australian Post and Shell.

Rebekah Stevens is the SVP of Care Transformation at Honor, leading product and program management to optimize the Care Platform. With a strong background in operations and consulting, Rebekah previously held leadership roles at Honor and Nielsen.
