As usual, it was hard to single out just one Outstanding Care Pro from each market. To do this, Client Managers and Care Pro Relationship Managers look at each Care Pro’s record of dependability, consistency, and positive visit reports, as well as stories of Care Pros going above and beyond our already high standards. Arizona Outstanding Care Pros
Phoenix This Care Pro wishes to remain anonymous. When a Client is nearing the end of their life, you need a Care Pro who is compassionate, proactive, and takes initiative. This Care Pro represents all three of these characteristics. Recently, she provided care to a Client during their final days. She was warm and attentive, and provided the best quality of care to this Client. Los Angeles Montoya Johnson. Montoya has been an outstanding Care Pro since joining Honor nearly two years ago. She is willing to help when she can and Clients always enjoy her visits. South Florida Itasienne “Tata” Louisseize. Itasienne or "Tata," as we call her, has always handled everything with kindness and grace. Tata’s current Client recently lost her husband (also a Client of ours) and was very reluctant to have new Care Pros care for her. Tata visited with this Client, and it was a perfect match because of Tata's warm approach. She routinely steps up to help when needed. Chicago Gwendolyn Smith. We are excited to nominate someone who does her job with incredible grace and kindness. When charged with the task of caring for someone who can no longer care for themselves, it truly takes a special kind of person to not only consistently navigate their role with compassion and love but also with efficiency and breadth of knowledge. Gwendolyn Smith continually raises the bar in a professional capacity, as well as on a humanitarian level with each interaction she has. She is a true source of emotional and knowledgeable support for other staff, our Clients, and their loved ones. Gwen is a rockstar, and we routinely receive feedback confirming this, including from a Client’s daughter who shared that Gwen brings laughter to the house and is good for the entire family.
